Constructed in 2000/2001, this black glass curtain wall, class A office building is located on a lake overlooking the Marshes Golf Course. Views from all angles of the building are spectacular, encompassing the golf course, Ottawa River and Gatineau hills.

Common high pressure loop circulation and zoning for Variable Air Volume (VAV) distribution - controlled by Direct Digital Control System. Heating is provided by terminal re-heat on perimeter VAV boxes. Valved and capped glycol coolant lines provided in ceiling space of each floor for potential future additional cooling capacity through a roof mounted dry cooler.
