Constructed in 2001, 400 March Road is part of the former Mitel owned complex of 5 co-joined buildings, which overlooks March Road and the Gatineau Hills. With 5 stories this building offers 98,248 square feet of office and lab environment. Of poured-in-place reinforced concrete construction on pile footings the building is clad in a metal polyurethane wall system and continuous windows.
