Constructed in 1981, 360 Legget Drive faces March Road and is part of the 5 co-joined buildings. This single/double story structure boasts 111,645 square feet of office & warehouse space overlooking a regulation size soccer field and mature landscaping. Steel frame structure with brick façade and insulated steel cladding plus extensive bronze reflective glazing covers 2 sides of this building. The single story portion of the building includes office, lab space and high-bay conditioned warehouse and 2 loading docks. An on-site full service cafeteria facility is also contained within this portion of the Complex. |
The building design includes barrier free access, cafeteria amenities, hydraulic passenger elevator to the 2nd floor, 2 loading docks with a 3rd ground level loading area. The building is fully sprinkled with an addressable fire alarm system with on-site 24/7 monitoring. The building is equipped with a card access entry system that is monitored and controlled by a central security center. This building is linked to 400 March through a covered walkway and is physically joined to 390 March. The building is fully air-conditioned utilizing packaged roof mounted HVAC units & chilled water supply, and heated by a pair of hot water heating boilers.
