Constructed in 1981, 340 Legget Drive is located at the corners of March Road and Carling Avenue. This single story structure boasts 158,780 square feet of office & warehouse space overlooking mature landscaping. Steel frame structure with brick façade and insulated steel cladding plus extensive bronze reflective glazing covers 3 sides of this Building with the 4th being a 27' high-bay conditioned warehouse c/w mezzanine and 4 loading docks. An on-site full service cafeteria facility is also contained within this portion of the Complex. |
The Building design includes barrier free access, cafeteria amenities, a secure maturely landscaped courtyard, hydraulic freight elevator to the warehouse mezzanine and 4 loading docks with a 5th ground level loading area. The Building is fully sprinklered with an addressable fire alarm system with on-site 24/7 monitoring. The Building is equipped with a card access entry system that is monitored and controlled by a central security center. This Building is linked to 350 Legget and 390 March through glass covered walkways. The Building is fully air-conditioned utilizing packaged roof mounted HVAC units and heated by a combination of electric plenum heaters and/or hot water heating boiler.
