Constructed in 1998, 340 Terry Fox is located adjacent to the Marshes Golf Club House providing amenities such as dining and corporate meeting facilities. The building is constructed utilizing a poured concrete structure and clad with architectural stone, aluminum framed curtain wall, and shaded/reflective low "E" glazing. The main lobby features a two storey atrium and open staircase.
Building design includes barrier free access, one hydraulic elevator with steel doors, and a common loading area with overhead door and dock leveler. The building is fully sprinkled with an addressable fire alarm system with remote monitoring. The building is equipped with a card access entry system that is monitored and controlled by a central security centre.
