| Constructed in 2000, 309 Legget is located in the south end of the park, overlooking a picturesque natural marshland. This 3 storey Building is constructed with a reinforced concrete structure and clad with architectural pre-cast panels, aluminum framed curtain wall, and shaded/reflective low “E” glazing. A central core provides flexibility for both single and multi tenant configurations. Building design includes barrier free access, 1 hydraulic elevator with stainless steel doors, and a common loading area c/w overhead door. The Building is fully sprinklered with an addressable fire alarm system with remote monitoring.
